An Introduction to Africa's Heart

"When I told people that I was going to Africa last November, many said things like "That's great. It's a beautiful country and you will get to see lions, giraffe and elephants."

Most tourists fly into the country and go straight to their 5 star hotels, eat, drink, and play. Later they are taken to the game parks for "hunting", with cameras clicking. Or up to the magnificent mountains, or waterfalls. They see what they think is the reality. But they are blind sighted to the tragedy that is Africa today. . .

K.R.Allen is a Chartered Accountant, business and life skills strategist post and writer who lives in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

He is actively involved on the boards of number of charitable organisations. He is founding Director of the African AIDS Foundation which provides Christian humanitarian assistance to AIDS orphans in Africa.

Africa's Heart is his spiritual response to the AIDS crisis in Africa and his recent visit to South Africa and Kenya. This book challenges the reader to consider what their personal response to the AIDS crisis will be.
